Bioplastics forum at BioFach 2005

Straubing, Berlin, February, 10th, 2005

Bioplastics are increasingly used for organic produce and eco-products. At BioFach 2005, the global trade fair of the eco business, C.A.R.M.E.N. and the IBAW will present application opportunities of bioplastics.On February 25th, 4 pm at the CCN-Mitte, a forum will take place in which bioplastic products in the sectors packaging, agriculture and horticulture will be introduced. The product range covers bags, catering, rigid packading, plant pots and mulch films.

The speakers come from:
International Biodegradable Association & Working Groups (IBAW), Novamont, natura packaging, Huhtamaki, Staatliche Forschungsanstalt für Gartenbau (Freising) and FBAW (Hannover).

C.A.R.M.E.N. furthermore organises a joint exhibition about products made from bioplastics in hall 7 booth 602.
